How the quote works: the audit takes about 60 minutes and ends with a fixed quote covering scope, schedule and target metric. Complex projects (regulated industries, custom telephony, deep ERP integrations) sit at the top of the range; simple ones at the bottom. Third-party usage (LLM, telephony, infrastructure) is billed at cost on your invoice. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Most engagements ship a first working agent in 2 to 4 weeks. The audit happens in the first few days, the build runs in parallel with integrations, and the pilot starts on a small slice of real traffic before full rollout.
You pay third-party usage at cost: LLM tokens, voice minutes, telephony, infrastructure. For a typical SME this lands between CHF 100 and CHF 800 per month per agent. We help you keep it predictable with caching, model routing and budgets.
By default we use Swiss and EU regions for hosting, mask personal data before it leaves your environment, and sign a DPA with clear retention windows. You remain the controller; we act as processor.
