Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, alteration or use, in whole or in part, of the site's content, by any means and on any medium whatsoever, without HeyPapaya's prior written authorisation, is strictly prohibited and would constitute infringement within the meaning of articles 67 et seq. of the Swiss Federal Copyright Act (CopA).
Trademarks, logos and distinctive signs reproduced on the site are registered by their respective owners. Any reproduction of these items is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of their owners.
